Part-time and full-time roles will be available as the flagship comes to life. Experience is welcome, but a generous way of working matters most.
A day as an Architect
Look after the room. Look after the people in it.
- 01Guide children through the Lab zones with clear invitations and calm encouragement.
- 02Run cooperative tech challenges where the team, not the fastest answer, is the point.
- 03Help families earn and exchange Compass Tokens as a visible reminder of what they practised.
- 04Look after the Marketplace floor and help grown-ups find a thoughtful next tool.
- 05Reset, repair, and improve the room so the next family feels expected and welcome.
What we look for
The qualities behind the title.
Warmth and patience
You can meet a child where they are and stay kind when a challenge takes time.
Curiosity about making
You enjoy STEM, building, tinkering, or asking “what if?” out loud.
Reliability
You do what you say, notice what needs doing, and help a team feel steady.
Working with children
Experience in childcare, education, retail, or making is welcome—but not required.
